#606 Add support for RayHunter to Waveshare SIM7600G-H

What problem does this feature solve or what does it enhance?
This ticket is a request to add support for RayHunter for the Waveshare SIM7600G-H, which is a popular cellular modem module, and is the built-in cellular-modem option for the ClockworkPi uConsole.
It seems like the SIM7600G-H is compatible with the ADB bridge, although I am not an expert in usage of ADB in linux.
This would possibly also involve making a UI element of some sort for supporting linux machines.
